1 How do I order?
You may fill up the order form situated on top of the page.

2 Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes. Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email confirming your order. Therefore, please provide a valid email address when you fill up the form.

3 What should I fill in for the Special Requests/Remarks on the Order Form?
It is not required unless you have a special request. e.g if you need the item to be shipped at a specific date.

4 Can I change my order?
Yes you may change your order within 24 hours.

5 Are the items authentic?
Yes, we only sell authentic/original/officially licensed products unless stated otherwise.

6 Why is the price of the item higher than the converted price (US/GBP to RM)?
The currency rate fluctuates every time. The price we offer is including the international shipping fee as well as sales tax and commissions.

7 What is capping?
Capping is when we collect enough orders before we send them out to our supplier. We will only send out the orders when the quantity is met.

8 What is the payment method that you offer?
We offer bank transfer (cash deposit/online banking), PayPal and Western Union.

9 What is the bank account number/PayPal ID/Western Union information?
Payment details will be provided in the order confirmation email.

10 Do I need to provide a proof of payment?
To avoid any complications in the future, yes you do need to email or PM us your bank slip or any proof of payment.

11 What shipping method do you use?
We use Pos Laju most of the time as tracking number is provided for this type of courier. However, we also do use Pos Ekpres and registered post at certain times. For international customers, the options are registered post or EMS.

12 How long will my order take to be delivered?
It will usually take around 3 to 5 business weeks for preorder items unless stated otherwise. For ready stock items, they will be shipped within 1 to 2 days after cleared payments.

13 How much is the shipping fee?
It depends on the weight and the size of the item and also the shipping method used. The basic charge for Pos Laju is RM6 for West Malaysia and RM10 for East Malaysia. As for international customers, please contact us for the rate.

14 How can I track my order?
Tracking numbers will be provided to the recipients.

15 Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately no, we don’t.
